Executive Real Estate have been contracted by The Divi Corporation of North Carolina in 2012 as the exclusive sales agent for The Residences At Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, the only private property homeowner association on hotel grounds on the island of Aruba.

Lovely condo!

Had an enjoyable stay here. Roomy condo with beautiful view of golf course. Comfy beds, clean and stocked well. Very easy communication with manager of property. Just a short walk to beautiful beach and nice pool and restaurant on property.

Very good property

Very good property and well worth the cost. The unit was large and well positioned on the property with the terrace facing the golf course. It was very much like the timeshare units in size, furnishings and layout. The most impressive aspect was the manager, Oscar Jangle. A real gentleman who established contact before our trip started and maintained it throughout. He was always available for any matter even if it was not related to the unit. I would not hesitate to deal with him in the future.
